From Strategy to Execution

UniCredit Group · HVB Germany Transformation

Aligning organisations, strengthening governance, delivering sustainable impact.

Leading the integration and alignment of complex organisations within HVB, with the objective of strengthening governance, simplifying the operating model and creating a unified direction across countries and functions.

The challenge

Fragmented governance, inconsistent processes, high structural costs and operating models that differed from Group standards were limiting efficiency and slowing decisions.

My approach

Listened to leaders and teams, aligned the priorities that mattered, defined governance, roles, processes and decision rights around Group principles, then mobilised the organisation to execute the change.

The impact

Stronger governance, clearer decision-making, better business–technology collaboration and local capability to sustain change beyond the programme.
